When the Person Who Holds Space Needs Space
You've spent years holding space for others.
Listening deeply. Guiding clients through transitions. Teaching, coaching, healing. Showing up with presence, wisdom, and care—even when your own well feels close to empty.
You're good at what you do. Your work matters. But somewhere along the way, you started running on fumes.
The book you've been meaning to write? Still in fragments. The new offering you feel called to create? Waiting for "when you have time." The reflection, renewal, and nourishment you know you need? Always tomorrow.
Here's the truth: You can't refill your well in the same environment that depleted it.
The calendar stays full. The people keep needing you. And the work you're meant to create—the writing, the teaching, the next chapter of your work—keeps waiting.
You need to step away. Not to escape. But to come home to yourself.
Avocado Bliss: A Place to Refill While You Create
Avocado Bliss is a regenerative farm residency for creatives, thinkers, and people with something meaningful to build. It's a place to step away from the noise, eat well, breathe, move at your own pace, and find your way back to your work.
This isn't a typical retreat. There's no programming, no schedule, no facilitator asking you to share in a circle. This is unstructured time—for you, by you, at your own pace.
You arrive with your project. Your questions. Your half-written book or half-formed ideas. And you leave having moved them forward in ways that would take months at home.
What Makes This Different
You're Not Serving Anyone Else
For once, you're not holding space. You're not leading. You're not "on."
Your only job is your work. Your rest. Your refilling.
The meals are prepared. Your room is ready. The land holds you while you finally hold yourself.
Nourishment Is Built Into the Process
You know how much food matters—but when was the last time someone cooked for you?
Three times a day, farm-to-table meals appear. Seasonal produce from our 4-acre regenerative farm. Pasture-raised meats. Fresh eggs. Real food that supports your energy, clarity, and focus.
You don't plan. You don't prep. You don't clean. You just eat, feel nourished, and return to your work.
The Land Restores What Your Work Requires
Walk the orchard in the morning. Sit under avocado trees with your notebook. Soak in the saltwater hot tub at sunset. Move at the rhythm your body needs—not the pace your calendar demands.
The farm is a living ecosystem. Regenerative. Restorative. The same care we give the land, we offer to you.
When you're surrounded by life that's thriving, something in you remembers how to thrive again.
You Leave With Tangible Progress
This isn't about leaving "inspired." It's about leaving with work done.
The book chapter you've been avoiding? Written.
The course outline you've been thinking about? Completed.
The clarity you've been seeking? Found.
You came here to refill your well. You leave with your well full and your work moved forward.
Who This Is For
You're a writer, coach, teacher, healer, or guide. You spend your life supporting others through transformation—and you're deeply committed to that work.
But you also know:
You can't pour from an empty cup
Your own creative work deserves dedicated time
Renewal isn't selfish—it's essential
You need space that doesn't ask anything of you
You're in a season of growth. Not just for your clients—but for yourself.
Maybe you're writing a book. Developing a new program. Stepping into a new chapter of your work. Or simply needing to remember who you are beyond the roles you hold for others.
This is the space for that.
What a Residency Looks Like

Your own room and workspace. Quiet. Light. Space to think and create.
Farm-to-Table Meals
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner—prepared daily, designed to nourish.
Full Property Access

Optional Community
Other residents may be here (writers, artists, creatives). Share meals and conversation if you want—or work in solitude. Your choice.
No Agenda
Your days are yours. Write when inspiration strikes. Rest when you need to. This is your time.
What Changes When You Step Away
At home:
You wake up to emails, obligations, and everyone else's needs
Your creative work gets squeezed into margins
You feel guilty resting when there's so much to do
At Avocado Bliss:
You wake to birdsong and morning light
Your creative work is the priority
Rest and work flow naturally—because you finally have space for both
There's a different level of commitment that comes from stepping away like this. You're not hoping to "find time." You're creating it. And that commitment changes everything.
A Note for the Helpers, Healers, and Guides
If you've spent years caring for others, this might feel uncomfortable at first.
"Is it okay to take this much time for myself?"
"What if people need me?"
"Am I being selfish?"
Here's what we know: The work you're meant to create won't happen in the margins.
Your book, your teaching, your next offering—it needs more than stolen moments. It needs your full presence. Your rested body. Your refilled well.
And the people you serve? They'll benefit from the work you create here.
Your book will reach people you'll never meet. Your course will support clients for years. Your clarity will deepen your impact.
This isn't selfish. This is essential.
